To meet our promise of timely deliveries, we kindly ask you to place all same day orders by 2:00pm on weekdays and Saturdays. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be delivered the next working day. Please note, our regular delivery service is not available on Sundays or bank holidays, except for special occasions such as Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day when advertised in advance.

What Happens if the Recipient isn't Home?

- Attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbour and leave a note at the recipient's address explaining where the flowers can be collected.
- If leaving with a neighbour isn’t possible, we will leave a safe place card and return the flowers to our shop, arranging re-delivery at a convenient time free of additional charge (within our local delivery area).
